ABOUT ME
My Story
I am a biomedical engineer and healthcare technology professional with over nine years of hands-on experience in the medical equipment industry. My journey began in environments where healthcare providers were fighting every day to save lives with limited tools and resources. Witnessing those realities shaped my conviction that access to reliable medical technology should never be a barrier to quality care.
I have spent nearly a decade working across medical equipment sales, service, and systems support, gaining deep, ground-level insight into how hospitals operate, where inefficiencies exist, and why many healthcare ecosystems struggle to connect suppliers, engineers, and end users effectively. I have seen the cost of fragmentation, delays, and poor visibility, not just in numbers, but in human lives.
Driven by this experience, I am now building toward a company focused on unifying the medical equipment and homecare ecosystem into a single, accessible platform. The vision is simple but powerful: enable healthcare providers and individuals to access equipment, services, and support instantly, through a digital, on-demand model. One platform. One community. One button.
My inspiration comes from transformative technology leaders across industries, including space technology pioneers like SpaceX and Blue Origin, who demonstrate how bold thinking, systems engineering, and execution can redefine what is possible. I bring that same systems-driven mindset to healthcare, an industry where innovation must be practical, reliable, and human-centered.
This journey has not been linear. I have faced setbacks, market challenges, and professional transitions, but resilience has been my greatest asset. Each challenge strengthened my understanding of the industry and clarified my purpose: to build solutions that scale, endure, and genuinely improve lives.
At my core, I am a builder. I value life deeply, guided by family, responsibility, and long-term impact. As a founder, I am committed to creating a sustainable, scalable healthcare platform that delivers value to patients, providers, and partners alike, while solving real problems in one of the world’s most critical industries. I am building for impact, for scale, and for the future of healthcare.
The MedPrimia Story
MedPrimia was born directly from the problems I experienced in the field. I repeatedly saw hospitals struggle with equipment downtime not because solutions did not exist, but because communication and coordination were broken. Fault reporting happened through scattered calls, messages, and emails. Engineer visits lacked visibility. Closure reports were delayed or lost. The system was fragmented, reactive, and inefficient.
I started MedPrimia to fix this at its core.
MedPrimia is designed to unify hospitals, healthcare providers, biomedical engineers, and suppliers into a single digital ecosystem. It streamlines how equipment issues are reported, tracked, resolved, and documented, creating transparency, accountability, and speed across the entire service lifecycle. The goal is not just to digitize existing processes, but to fundamentally improve how healthcare technology support works.
We have successfully completed our first pilot phase, focused on fault reporting and service tracking. This phase validated the real-world need for a centralized platform and confirmed strong engagement from healthcare teams and engineers. It proved that clarity, structure, and visibility can significantly reduce downtime and operational friction.
Today, MedPrimia is moving into its second phase of growth. This phase expands the platform into e-commerce and data analytics. On the commerce side, MedPrimia will enable seamless access to medical equipment and homecare products through a trusted digital marketplace. On the data side, we are building analytics capabilities that turn service and equipment data into actionable insights, helping healthcare providers make smarter decisions, predict failures, and optimize asset performance.
MedPrimia is not just a product. It is the foundation of a connected healthcare technology community. A platform built from real experience, validated in real environments, and designed to scale with purpose.
This is the journey I am on, and MedPrimia is how I am turning experience into impact.
