The Path Forward
The beginning of a new year invites reflection. It asks us to pause, to look honestly at where we have been, and to decide with intention where we are going. For me, the start of 2026 has been shaped by such reflection. It has come with change, with resolve, and with a renewed sense of responsibility for the work ahead.
At the close of 2025, I reached the end of a professional chapter that had been meaningful and formative. I finalized my terms with the company I had been working for, and we parted ways on good terms, guided by mutual respect and shared understanding. Rather than closing a door, we chose a path that allowed continued collaboration through a subcontract agreement. It was a decision rooted not in convenience, but in principle. A recognition that progress is often strongest when relationships are preserved, not discarded.
That moment marked more than a professional transition. It marked a decision to move forward with clarity.
For some time, I had been building something alongside my daily responsibilities. Quietly, deliberately, and with care. It was shaped by years of experience, by listening closely to challenges faced on the ground, and by a belief that technology, when built with intention, can serve people better. That belief became MedPrimia.
As 2026 began, I made a conscious choice to commit fully to this work. I chose to direct my focus and energy toward building MedPrimia under Syrax, the company I founded to bring structure, discipline, and long term vision to innovation driven efforts. This was not a leap driven by impulse, but a step guided by purpose.
Why MedPrimia Matters
MedPrimia is a digital platform built with healthcare providers in mind. It exists to simplify access to solutions in a sector where complexity often stands in the way of efficiency and care. At its core, MedPrimia is an e commerce platform that brings together healthcare goods and services in one unified space. It is designed to deliver solutions in a way that is practical, accessible, and reliable.
But MedPrimia goes further.
Within the platform is a dedicated reporting division known as MedPrimia Reports. This tool enables healthcare providers to report equipment faults directly from their end and connect seamlessly with service providers responsible for the reported equipment. In doing so, it removes unnecessary delays, fragmented communication, and manual follow ups that can disrupt operations and compromise outcomes.
MedPrimia Reports is built to streamline information with precision. Each report, each update, and each response is structured to promote clarity and accountability. The result is a system that supports healthcare teams in maintaining continuity while enabling service providers to act with speed and confidence.
The platform has been active as a pilot since last year. During this time, it has been tested, refined, and strengthened through real world use. The lessons learned have been invaluable. With this foundation in place, we are now preparing to take MedPrimia public later this year, expanding its reach and its impact across the healthcare community.

Entrepreneurship is often spoken about in terms of ambition. But at its core, it is about responsibility. Responsibility to users, to partners, to communities, and to the problems we choose to address.
Under Syrax, we are committed to building products that serve a greater purpose. MedPrimia is the first expression of that commitment, but it is not the last. Syrax exists as an umbrella for innovation across healthcare, technology, and emerging digital experiences, always guided by the principle that progress should improve lives, not complicate them.
Looking ahead, our vision extends into areas such as gaming, consumer technology, and immersive fields including Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality. I am under no illusion about the road before us. This journey will demand patience. It will require resilience. There will be moments when progress is slow and decisions are difficult. There are no guarantees in this work, and no shortcuts worth taking.
But there is commitment.
I remain committed to pursuing this path because meaningful change does not come from standing still. It comes from choosing to build, even when the outcome is uncertain. It comes from showing up each day with discipline, humility, and belief in the value of the work.
