BACK STORY
I’m a husband. A father. A cat person. I love a good cup of coffee. I game when I can, I shoot photos when I need perspective, and I work in biomedical engineering because, honestly, I can’t imagine doing anything else.
But it wasn’t always this clear.
I didn’t grow up dreaming about diagnostic analyzers or patient monitors. What I did have was a deep pull toward solving problems that mattered. I was never wired for work that was just “nice to have.” I needed it to count. And in healthcare, everything counts.
I started my journey at the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology. That diploma was just the beginning. What came after was years of immersion—first in systems, then in people.
By 2017, I was working with Phillips Pharmaceuticals, supporting hospitals with Abbott diagnostic systems. I was on the road constantly—installing equipment, training lab staff, answering calls in the middle of the night because something wasn’t working. It was intense, but I was hooked. Not on the machines, but on the impact. When a hematology analyzer came back online, tests resumed. When tests resumed, diagnoses were made. When diagnoses were made, people got treated. And that was the chain reaction that kept me going.
In 2019, I joined Kampa Health Products Ltd. We were rolling out diagnostic systems across the country—Nihon Kohden, Abbott, and more. I supported over 175 facilities during that time. It taught me scale. It taught me that what works in one hospital can fail completely in another unless you listen, adapt, and actually pay attention to context.
Then came Harleys Ltd in 2022, where my role shifted. I stepped into leadership—sales engineering. Different hat, same mission. Now I wasn’t just solving technical issues; I was guiding others to do it too. I worked with Edan, Werfen, and Keeler tech, and I started mentoring young engineers. That changed me. Watching them take ownership, deliver results, and grow? That was a whole new kind of fulfillment.
2023 brought me to Computech ICS, and this was a different beast. We were working closely with GE Healthcare solutions, and the focus was partnership. Less transactional, more strategic. I spent time in clinics, in boardrooms, in procurement meetings. I learned how to listen—not just to what was said, but to what was really needed.
Now in 2024, I’m with Nebula Healthcare, and I feel like every chapter before this one prepared me for the work I’m doing now. It’s dynamic—sales, service, training, national deployments, high-pressure timelines, life-or-death stakes. I manage projects that bring top-tier technology into hospitals that need it most. I build teams, build trust, and stay grounded in the reason I started this whole thing: people.
What I’ve learned is that biomedical engineering isn’t just about machines. It’s about outcomes. Every time I power up a system, calibrate a monitor, or lead a training session, I know it’s going to ripple out—to a patient, to a diagnosis, to a life that keeps going.
This job has taken me across Tanzania, South Africa, India, Hungary, and the UAE. Not for prestige. But to bring back knowledge. Because my mission has never changed: bring global standards home.
That’s my story. No slogans. No exaggeration. Just a journey made up of early mornings, late nights, hospital corridors, field calls, broken machines, fixed machines, grateful clinicians, and lessons learned the hard way.
And I’m still on that journey. Still showing up. Still believing in the work.
Because healthcare deserves better. And I’m here to help build it.
Abbott Point of Care Deployment
I led the deployment of i-STAT Blood Gas Analyzers across multiple healthcare facilities, enabling faster clinical decisions where time is critical. Beyond installation, I focused on equipping clinicians with the skills and confidence to use the devices accurately, ensuring that rapid diagnostics translated into better patient outcomes.
Nationwide Rollout of Nihon Kohden Hematology System
As part of a large-scale public health initiative, I oversaw the installation and integration of over 200 analyzers across 175+ facilities. This effort wasn’t just about scale — it was about consistency. From urban hospitals to remote clinics, I ensured every system was operational, every staff member trained, and every diagnostic result reliable.
Blood Grouping Integration with NEO IRIS
I supported the deployment of NEO IRIS analyzers to strengthen transfusion safety and streamline laboratory workflows. Through direct, hands-on engagement with lab technicians, I facilitated smooth adoption, reduced turnaround times, and reinforced the critical role of accurate blood grouping in patient care.
Sales Engineering Leadership at Harleys Ltd
At Harleys, I led a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for delivering Edan, Werfen, and Keeler solutions to healthcare providers. My focus was twofold: to drive meaningful sales outcomes, and to ensure that every implementation was backed by strong technical training, responsive service, and long-term support — allowing medical teams to focus on what matters most: the patient.en choices in diagnostic technology.

Certificates
Over the years, I’ve had the chance to train with some of the biggest names in medical technology, not just to sharpen my skills, but because they believed I could carry their standards forward. Each certificate I’ve earned came through hands-on work, real challenges, and the trust of industry leaders who saw value in what I bring to the field. It’s not just about learning, it’s about being recognized as someone who can deliver.
